Freedom Custom Meats officially began in 2024, but has been a goal of Scotty and Kendall Jenkins for years. Scotty, a lifelong hunter, recognized a need in the meat processing industry, particularly for quality deer processing services, and decided it was time to help fill that gap. As a firefighter/paramedic by profession, Scotty has dedicated his off time to establish a reliable deer processor in the Plant City area, ensuring excellent wild game processing for years to come. Together with his wife, Kendall, and their three kids, this truly is a family-operated business.
